The Main Hall

Improve your posture, strengthen your core, and unwind with our Modern Pilates classes at Thornton Community Centre! Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to improvers and intermediates, our sessions are designed to support your body, mind, and overall wellbeing.

Class Times:

  • Beginners – Improvers: Mondays, 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
  • Improvers – Intermediates: Mondays, 5:45 pm – 6:45 pm

What to Expect:
Our classes are taught in small groups, within the Main Hall ensuring personal attention whether you join as a beginner or want to build on your experience. Exercises include a mix of standing, seated, and mat-based movements, carefully designed to improve:

  • Posture, balance, and flexibility
  • Core strength and muscle tone
  • Body awareness and confidence
  • Relief from stress, tension, and some back issues

Booking Information:

  • Classes are booked in blocks of 4 sessions (£28 per block)
  • Available as small group or 1:1 private sessions
  • Recommended by doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors
