Thornton Community Centre
Join our weekly Yoga Class every Thursday evening and take time to relax, stretch, and reset. Held in the Main Hall, this friendly session welcomes adults of all abilities, whether you are new to yoga or already have experience.
Our instructor guides you through simple movements, gentle stretches, and breathing exercises that help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. You move at your own pace and adapt each exercise to suit your level. The class focuses on helping you feel comfortable and confident, so you can enjoy the full benefits of yoga without pressure.
